The Workshop on nutrient recycling in the Baltic Sea countries was organized in Berlin on 27–28 March. It involved presentations with examples frmo the region and two parallel sessions on manure and sewage sludge. First results of IWAMA activities in the Key figure collection process have been presented there by Mr. Taavo Tenno.
The 2nd International Capacity Development Workshop was organized in the framework of the IWAMA project in Boltenhagen, Germany on 14–15 February 2017.
The Interactive Water Management (IWAMA) project coordinated by the UBC Sustainable Cities Commission was kicked off in June in the Latvian city of Daugavpils over a two-day event.
