Congress WASSER BERLIN INTERNATIONAL

The Congress WASSER BERLIN INTERNATIONAL on sustainable and innovative water management is organized in Berlin on 28–31 March 2017. The Congress connects all the products and solutions resented at the trade fair with the relevant policies and administrative requirements. Speakers from science and practice – be they from universities, water management associations or German companies – will lecture on current issues in the water industry.

• As a part of the programme, DWA Research Day will be held in the same premises on 29 March 2017 with the agenda focused on water infrastructure, wastewater and stormwater management and development of modelling tools for sewage systems.
   
• Furthermore, on 30 March, the European Water Association will be organising the European Day on the premises of the WASSER BERLIN INTERNATIONAL 2017. The European Day focuses on the challenges Europe faces in the water sector. The EWA programme is divided into two sessions: the first one is called “Water Challenges in Europe”, and the second session discusses "Innovative Solutions for Sustainable Water Services in Europe". During the second session, Mr. Stefan Rettig from the Technical University of Berlin introduces the topic of Water and Energy Efficiency while presenting the IWAMA project (presentation now available for uploading).
